Nobody should mistreat dogs.

I have never witnessed anything like this . In the book they are talking about cruelty to animals.  The book  describes about a dog being mistreated and being abandoned by his owners. I would never  mistreat any animals, they are also living things like we are. I feel really sorry for the dog.  Nobody should mistreat dogs.
